Our training program attracts the most desirable team members to our agency. We hire qualified applicants on a rolling basis. As a trainee, you will have involvement in most areas of the agency and can expect to have hands-on training in every areas you need to succeed. Internship Program

We place interns year-round. This allows for exposure to a wide range of business practices in the industry. Interns receive instruction of the fundamentals of Talent management and media business. Each are assigned to a specific project where they see through to execution.

Working toward a degree in communications, media, or entertainment are preferred, but there are no restrictions on the declared majors or course of study.

The skills learned during the program are helpful to turn interns into a full staff member of the agency.

Talent Concierge Internship

Talent Concierge Spring Internship is an 8-week program where Interns are exposed to a wide variety of business practices in the field of entertainment and media, receiving formal instruction on the fundamentals of the talent agency business. The skills learned and relationships built during the program are meant to springboard interns to join the agency and into a successful career in the entertainment and media industry.

New York’s 8-week Spring Internship is paid and offers part-time (minimum 3 days) with full-time opportunities.


Interns will work across all departments and participate in a specific project through to completion. The Internship will also entail assisting with a variety of daily administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

  • Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines. Demonstrating accuracy in the execution of assigned tasks
